We’re looking for a CFO to join a growing startup

Job description: 

🔹 Oversee budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and financial reporting
🔹 Prepare financial reports and board presentations
🔹 Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency
🔹 Handle accounting, tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting
🔹 Optimize financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
🔹 Maintain key relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
🔹 Oversee employee equity plans, compensation structures, and financial incentives

Requirements:

✅ 3+ years in senior financial leadership (CFO / VP Finance), ideally in a startup
✅ Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
✅ Experience managing and scaling a finance team
✅ Hands-on experience with ERP/BI financial systems (preferred)
✅ Deep knowledge of financial regulations, tax, and compliance
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
